The Jefferson Parish Public School System will have a winter break from Thursday, December 22, 2016 – Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Students will return to school at normal time on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.
Matas will hold its annual winter program performance on Thursday, December 15 at 1:30 pm. The performance will be held in the auditorium. We hope you will come out and see some great performances!
The Matas dance team and band will perform in Lafreniere Park on Thursday, December 8 at 7:00 pm. Please come out and support our students!
The Jefferson Parish School System will host a Parent Advisory Council Meeting on Wednesday, November 30 at 5:30 P.M. The meeting will take place at the Paul Emenes Building which is located at 822 South Clearview Parkway. All parents are welcome to attend.

Students are off of school Monday, November 21 – Friday, November 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. School resumes at normal time on Monday, November 28. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
On Thursday, November 17, students can pay $1 and wear a Saints shirt to school. They must wear their regular school bottoms. Go Saints!
